For our restaurant operations, we are looking for staff in the kitchen and cafeteria area. You enjoy working operationally in the kitchen, rolling up your sleeves, and ensuring clear processes and high service quality. Additionally, you enjoy direct guest contact and, if possible, like to help in various areas of the cafeteria. On one hand, we are looking for cooks who work in a familiar working environment, but also for staff in the cafeteria. The job is combinable depending on possibility/expertise. In the kitchen, you ensure smooth operations in the kitchen and at the service station, are open, friendly, and enjoy working independently. Mise en Place • Direct customer contact (service station) • Implementation of all hygiene regulations • Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and kitchen utensils • Teamwork - helping within the team • Inspection rounds in the kitchen, maintaining the workplace incl. fridge/storage • Assistance at events (preparation and implementation) Tasks Cafeteria • Operating the cash register, distribution of snacks and drinks • Direct customer contact and providing information • Implementation of all hygiene regulations in the guest area • Cleaning and maintaining the guest area, counter, and furniture as well as the clearing stations • Teamwork - helping within the team • Inspection rounds in the guest area • Assistance at events (preparation and implementation) What you bring • Completed training and several years of experience in gastronomy • Experience in a similar position / experience in the kitchen is an advantage • Guest-oriented, communicative, and open personality • Joy in interacting with children, adolescents, and adults • Good German skills • Flexible working hours are no problem for you (evenings, weekends, public holidays, etc.) We look forward to your complete application including cover letter, CV, and certificates.
