For our location in St. Gallen Winkeln, we are looking for a committed personality as an IT Operations Engineer, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Role ##

• Operation and support of IT services in the area of 2nd and 3rd level support in Microsoft customer environments
• Responsibility for various subsystems (Client, Server, VDI, M365, On-Prem infrastructures etc.)
• Client support, Incident Management and Problem Management (2nd/3rd level)
• Processing of recurring or one-time processes and orders (Request Fulfilment)
• Administration of Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune)
• Support of Windows 10/11 clients, management of Windows servers (Active Directory, DHCP, Print services etc.)
• Collaboration in IT projects for the further development of the system landscape

Your Profile ##

• IT training, e.g., with a Swiss federal professional certificate/diploma, HF, FH or a comparable qualification - or many years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of Windows server and client environments including M365 / Entra
• Quick comprehension and a high willingness to learn
• Enjoyment of customer consulting and a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written (C1 level)
• Willingness for on-call duty
