Socioprofessional sector We are looking for our Vernand site A Socioprofessional Instructor or Educator 60 % (CDI) Context and mission As a team coordinator, you ensure the coordination of safety and workshop activities, as well as the socioprofessional support of the workers. You ensure the provision of a structured, secure working environment adapted to their needs, while guaranteeing the smooth running of the workshops and the monitoring of the main responsibilities related to your function. You carry out your missions in a spirit of collaboration, quality and shared responsibility, contributing to the continuous development of activities. In this versatile function, you occupy a central role between human support, professional supervision, coordination and continuous improvement of practices. On a daily basis, you: Replace the MSPs in the different workshops according to the needs of the sector; Participate in colloquiums, team meetings, supervisions, intervisions and pedagogical days; Coordinate procedures related to workshop safety and ensure the application of procedures. Perform the monthly control of the team cash box as well as the status updates of the various accounts with your team during the calendar year. Ensure the coordination of the logistics of the different mandates in connection with production. Your profile You are a person capable of adapting quickly to different workshop environments. Autonomous, organized and rigorous in managing priorities, you are comfortable in coordination and collaboration with different actors (multidisciplinary teams, families, legal representatives and external partners) Diploma of Socioprofessional Instructor, Social Educator, or training deemed equivalent; Confirmed experience in socioprofessional support or the field of disability; Knowledge of intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorders; Mastery of digital tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, etc) ; Driving license category B; Clean criminal record.
