Customer Advisor Powder Coating / Order Management 100% (m/w) # That's what you do ## • First point of contact for our customers in the contract coating area • Independent support of customer orders from the first contact to order recording • Responsibility for creating calculations and offers as well as market-based price finding • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and customer-specific requirements  • Checking the technical feasibility of customer requirements • Close coordination and cooperation with production, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely order processing • Flexible support in special cases as well as representation in production planning That's what you bring ## • Completed basic training, preferably in surface technology or a comparable industrial environment • Several years of experience in customer contact, sales, or order management • Pronounced technical understanding as well as the ability to safely interpret technical drawings and specifications • Communication skills, confident appearance, and pleasure in dealing with customers  • Solution-oriented thinking and good prioritization • Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office That's what you can expect ## • Varied activity with direct customer contact • Innovative, future-oriented family business, led in the 3rd generation, world market leader in steel systems • Corporate culture characterized by sense of responsibility and trust • Modern employment conditions (see "Career" at jansen.com)  • A motivated team and modern working tools • A highly automated powder coating plant ## Interested?
