Responsibilities

• Independent care of inpatient and outpatient patients and taking over a specific consultation hour
• Performance of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies as well as abdominal sonographies
• Consultative co-management of patients within the hospital in cooperation with other medical disciplines
• Supervision and further training of assistant physicians
• Participation in on-call and/or endoscopy service as well as active participation in the further development of the gastroenterology offering

Requirements

• Specialist title in Gastroenterology FMH or equivalently recognized advanced training
• Profound clinical experience in gastroenterology as well as in general internal medicine
• Proficient endoscopic spectrum including diagnostic and therapeutic standard procedures
• Team-oriented, resilient and communicative personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
