IT Systems and Network Administrator

NETmanage SA, an IT services and engineering company, specializing in the management, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure. To complete our team, we are looking for an IT systems and network engineer (m/f) Mission Maintain and evolve existing infrastructure Write and enforce installation, use, and operation directives Maintain and evolve documentation Plan and install equipment based on existing methodologies Operate and ensure maintenance of equipment Locate, resolve incidents and problems with existing tools and procedures Manage the technical hardware inventory Workstation migration Level 2 and 3 support Microsoft 365 administration: user account management, licenses, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint. Advanced server management (Windows Server 2019/2022/2025) Network support: configuration of switches, firewalls (Meraki, Ubiquiti), Wi-Fi. Client interventions: installations, migrations, specific projects. Participation in technical projects (cloud migration, IT security, infrastructure renewal). Profile Experience as an IT technician and/or systems and network administrator Good knowledge in the field of networks (IP Addressing, VoIP, …) Good knowledge of Cisco routers or firewalls Dynamic, flexible, mobile, and autonomous Accustomed to working in complex environments Strong sense of quality Good presentation Other skills Microsoft Windows Server 2008 to 2019 GPO Veeam Microsoft SCCM Citrix Linux / RedHat Firewall and SSL, VPN solutions LAN/WAN (switching and routing) Proxy, Content Filtering and viral filtering Dynamic routing protocols WLAN (centralized solutions) Monitoring solution Microsoft Windows Seven / 10 Microsoft Office / Office 365 What we offer A dynamic and stimulating work environment within a young and passionate team.
