For a modern residential home in the Wil region, we are looking for an engaged Healthcare Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) for the psychosocial sector, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this varied activity, you will accompany adults with mental impairments in everyday life, promote their existing resources, and support them in sustainably strengthening their independence and social participation.

Requirements ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Interest and ideally experience in the psychosocial or psychiatric long-term sector
• High social and self-competence, empathy, as well as a reflective, resilient personality
• Joy in relationship-oriented work and in accompanying people with complex life situations
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working

Tasks ##

• Individual accompaniment and care of the residents according to a resource-oriented and person-centered approach
• Promotion of independence as well as support in everyday organization and social participation
• Assumption of nursing tasks and participation in medical as well as therapeutic measures
• Professional handling of challenging situations and co-designing a safe, stable living environment
• Professional documentation as well as close cooperation with internal and external specialists to ensure care according to needs
