Tasks ###

• Analysis of the existing application as well as the existing codebase
• Conception of a future-proof technical solution approach
• New development or modernization of the graphical user interface (GUI)
• Ensuring compatibility with the existing R-based analysis models
• Optimization of stability, maintainability, and user-friendliness
• Rectification of existing weaknesses and technical further development of the solution
• Improvement of analysis workflows and user experience
• Creation of technical documentation and implementation of knowledge transfers

Profile ###

• Sound practical experience in the development of applications with R, ideally in the field of Data Analytics
• Sound knowledge in the conception and development of interactive user interfaces (GUI) as well as modern web applications
• Demonstrable experience with R Shiny or comparable frameworks for the development of data-driven analysis applications
• Good understanding of Data Analytics, data visualization, and statistical analysis methods
• Experience in the construction, modernization, or further development of analysis and reporting platforms
• Solid knowledge in the areas of software architecture, code refactoring, maintainability, and performance optimization
• Ability to analyze existing applications and codebases and to develop sustainable technical solutions
• Experience in collaborating with specialist departments as well as translating functional requirements into technical solutions
• Structured and independent way of working with high solution and quality orientation
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
