In a manageable team, you are responsible for the following tasks: - Team leadership of a team of approx. 3 employees incl. development and coaching - Further development of financial controlling as well as establishment of a modern steering instrument - Ensuring smooth processes in the area of finance, budget - Optimization and further development in digitalization projects and processes - Design of the ERP landscape as well as further development of existing systems - Business sparring partner for the GL - Management and/or participation in projects - Stakeholder, customer and supplier management We address candidates with further training in business administration or a comparable further training. You bring professional experience in leadership, business administration, finance & controlling. You have pronounced conceptual thinking, analytical skills and a structured approach.
