Mandated by our client, an actor in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for: Frontline Manager \- Critical Infrastructure \& MES Systems (M/F) Your mission will be to manage the organization of the administrator team for the infrastructure related to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions and guarantee the availability of the systems under management. To this end, your responsibilities will be to: Coordinate the platform development team Administer and supervise technical resources Optimize the availability, performance, and security of systems Drive evolutions and deployments Manage complex Level 3 incidents Manage the platform lifecycle Guarantee the proper functioning of industrial production monitoring services and workshop equipment Guarantee technical deliverables in accordance with project deadlines Participate in the on-call service for managers and advanced support Profile sought: Higher education in computer science (HES Engineer…) 3 years of experience in a similar position managing a team of at least 5 employees Operational experience on system infrastructures (MS Cluster, SQL Server AlwaysOn, LoadBalancer, Kubernetes…) DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) culture Advanced troubleshooting skills, mastery of supervision tools and dashboards Awareness of information security Strong leadership and very good listening skills Customer orientation, sense of service, and interpersonal ease Proactive, highly autonomous, quality-oriented, and strong team spirit jpid38670d0jm jpit0731jm jpiy26jm
