• 06 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite period • Place de la Couronne 1, 1522 Lucens Commune de Lucens ### A municipality approaching 5,000 inhabitants and having more than 40 employees, the Commune de Lucens is advertising the position of : Municipal Secretary/Head of Department ## Your main tasks : \- Assist the Syndic and the Municipaux in matters of administration and management of current affairs \- Direct and ensure the optimum functioning of the municipal administration \- Ensure the functioning of the municipal secretariat and distribute tasks within the staff \- Prepare and participate in the weekly meetings of the Municipality, keep the minutes and ensure the follow-up of decisions \- Draft and control municipal correspondence \- Ensure communication between the services and the Municipality. \- Ability to unite teams around common objectives and sense of contact Desired profile : \- Management diploma in administration or equivalent higher education \- Organizational and project management skills \- Proven experience in a similar position for 3 years, with staff management \- Interest in and knowledge of the functioning of public institutions \- Autonomy, resistance to stress, flexibility, availability and initiative \- Writing proficiency and perfect mastery of spelling \- Mastery of IT tools and management software \- Sense of communication, public relations \- Experience in HR, an asset We offer : \- A very varied and interesting activity \- Advantages related to an administration with a human face \- Conditions arising from the municipal personnel regulations Start date: to be agreed.
