For the Lenzburg location, we are looking for the following in the field of professional reintegration as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement:

Specialist Support Mediamatik 100 %

In this function, you are primarily responsible for the specialist support of participants in work integration and learners of the IV.

Your tasks:

• Specialist guidance and support of IV participants as well as EFZ learners in the field of Mediamatik with a focus on successful integration into the first labor market
• Strengthening work methodology, independence, and social competencies through targeted promotion and constructive challenging
• Conception, guidance, and implementation of customer projects and practical assignments
• Use and mediation of modern (AI) tools in image, text, video, and other creative work processes
• Regular reporting to the case management regarding training status, progress, and performance
• Maintenance and updating of all relevant information in internal tools and training platforms as well as conducting assessment interviews
• Close cooperation and mutual substitution with the ICT (platform development) areas

Your profile:

• Mediamatiker (EFZ or comparable) with several years of professional experience
• Engaging, team-oriented personality with a good mix of high social competence and assertiveness
• Appreciative interaction and understanding in working with people with special needs
• High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and teamwork
• Advantageous SVEB-1, vocational trainer (Berufsbildner/In) or experience in the agogic field
