• À la carte, half board, banquet and breakfast service • Caterings • daily and periodic cleaning work • Greeting and seating guests • Advising and taking orders • Independent management of a station • Preparation of coffee breaks for seminar participants • Operating the Gastronovis cash register system • Ordering consumables and food for the restaurant • Preparing and setting up the restaurant, terrace • Mise en Place work • Cash collection • Cleanliness and maintaining cleaning lists according to HACCP • Participation in daily deployment meetings • Participation in training • Working with split shifts • Working on weekends
