Introduction

The Politische Gemeinde Flaach is looking for two motivated bath employees on an hourly basis (within the framework of 50 % and 20 %) for the 2027 bathing season. Become part of our team and help us enable a pleasant bathing experience for our guests!

Tasks

• Monitoring of bathing operations and ensuring the safety of the bath guests
• Carrying out cleaning and maintenance work in the bath area
• Friendly care and support of the bath guests
• Assistance with the organization and implementation of events
• Compliance with and enforcement of the bathing regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in the field of bath supervision or willingness to train in this area
• Valid Brevet Schweizer Bademeister:in (incl. BLS-AED certificate) or the willingness to acquire this (costs will be covered, provided a commitment of at least two seasons is made)
• Badangestelltenkurs (BAKU) is an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours (incl. weekends and public holidays)
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
