YOU POSSESS

• Training as a medical secretary, or a title deemed equivalent.
• Previous experience of at least two years in a medical secretariat in Switzerland, an asset, coupled with an excellent knowledge of medical terminology.
• Recognized skills in the use of IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
• Flexibility and versatility in order to provide doctors with quality support in the execution of all medical secretariat activities.
• A strong team spirit, autonomy and the desire to evolve in an environment promoting collegiality.
• Rigor, attention to detail and good management of priorities allowing you to face constantly evolving activity.
• Interpersonal skills allowing for harmonious collaboration with the various medical-care providers.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the reception and orientation of patients
• Perform the typing, proofreading, and transmission of medical reports and examination results to internal and external doctors within adequate timeframes
• Ensure the management of billing for medical acts.
• Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the proper functioning of the medical center, such as managing emails and schedules.
• Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of physical medical files of patients
