Healthcare Professional for the Care Pool Berner Oberland

CarePeople offers versatile, valuable services in the areas of long-term care, acute care, psychiatry, and rehabilitation. We are looking for committed healthcare professionals (FaGe) to strengthen our emergency pool team and take on a significant role in the care and support of patients in various areas and institutions in the Berner Oberland region

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a healthcare professional EFZ (FaGe)
• Experience in nursing, ideally in long-term care, acute care, or in psychiatry/rehabilitation
• Flexibility and willingness to work in different areas
• Team player and communicative
• Independence and sense of responsibility

Tasks ##

• Care and support of patients in the areas of long-term care, acute care, and psychiatry
• Individual care planning and documentation
• Supporting patients in managing their daily challenges
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other professionals
• Ensuring quality of care and compliance with nursing processes
• If necessary, substitution for nursing specialists in the various areas
