M&D Advokatur und Mediation is a renowned law firm specializing in innovative and solution-oriented legal advice and amicable dispute resolution.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and qualified lawyer as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, who represents our clients competently and with passion. Our main areas of responsibility are in the fields of family, labor, and tenancy law, as well as general civil law.

With us, the compatibility of work and family is highly valued, so we are open to the design of the workload, whereby a minimum workload of 60% is required.

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Completed studies in law and admission as a lawyer in Switzerland
• Experience in advising and representing clients, ideally in a law firm
• Sound knowledge in one or more areas of law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
