Tätigkeit

• Five-axis turning and milling centers from DMG Mori program, set up and operate
• Manufacture workpieces from nickel and cobalt-based alloys
• Perform machine programming independently directly on the machine as well as at the CAM workstation
• Inspect finished parts and document their quality
• Produce setup gauges, fixtures and prototypes
• Anforderungen
• Completed training as a polymechanician EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in mechanical manufacturing with in-depth technical knowledge
• Secure application of Siemens controls CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma
• Experience with CAM systems, in particular good to very good knowledge of Mastercam
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
