Your tasks:

• Check-In and Check-Out
• Concierge work
• Sale of rooms, spa treatments, restaurant bookings with administrative processing
• Menu writing
• Guest care
• Various administrative activities
• You will also be introduced to the areas of Revenue Management and the development and continuous improvement of the Customer Journey
• Early, middle and late shifts, always continuously without a room hour

Your talent, your know-how:

• you bring the necessary experience at the reception, ideally with corresponding professional training
• your native language is German and you have good French and English skills
• you are a sociable, friendly person who loves guest contact
• you have a flair for sales and a sense for individual guest wishes
• you are resilient and a team player
