Customer Advisor Inside Sales (m/f/d) – Technical Consulting & Sales Tasks in this job Customer Support: You are the central contact person for our customers and are responsible for the entire order processing – from the creation of quotes to the order. Consulting: You support our customers with tailored sales and technical solutions that meet their needs. Coordination: You monitor and organize deliveries to ensure a smooth process. Knowledge & Experience Education: You have a completed technical or commercial training – ideally with initial experience or a passion for the electrical industry Experience: You bring professional practice in inside sales and in project work (advantageous) Languages: Very good German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage. IT Skills: You are proficient in using MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a must – we are happy to teach it to you.
