Apple Systems / Endpoint Management Engineer (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for an Apple Systems / Endpoint Management Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for administering, securing, and evolving the macOS and iPadOS environment as well as endpoint management solutions. Your mission Administer and maintain the JAMF Pro platform as well as Apple endpoint management policies. Deploy, configure, and secure macOS workstations and iPadOS devices. Automate administration, deployment, and maintenance operations using Shell or Bash scripts. Provide level 2 and 3 technical support and resolve complex incidents related to the Apple environment. Integrate new technical solutions and contribute to the evolution of the Workplace and Endpoint Management environment. Your profile 3 to 5 years of experience in Apple systems administration or enterprise endpoint management. Proficiency in JAMF Pro, macOS, iPadOS, and MDM management principles. Strong skills in UNIX administration and automation through Shell, Bash, or equivalent scripting. Experience in N2/N3 support, complex incident diagnosis, and integration of technical solutions. Autonomy, rigor, service orientation, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams.
