Your tasks

• You independently carry out repair and maintenance work on household appliances of all brands at our customers' premises
• You analyze faults and determine required spare parts as well as the time required
• You advise customers regarding appliance replacement, technical questions and give valuable application and care tips
• You document your assignments using digital tools

Your profile

• You have training as an electrical fitter, automation technician, refrigeration technician, automotive mechatronics technician or similar, or you already have 2 years of experience in repairing household appliances
• You enjoy daily, personal customer contact
• You are accustomed to working independently, but are also a team player
• A sympathetic appearance and a well-groomed appearance characterize you (Age: 25 - 50 years)
• You possess a driving license Cat. B
