Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Ensuring timely and reliable processing of insurance returns in the outpatient sector
• Contact person for fundamental technical questions and more complex benefit questions
• Active, oral and written cooperation with internal departments, clinics, insurance companies, female patients and male patients as well as authorities
• Telephone consultation of female patients and male patients regarding the financial consequences of hospital visits
• Process guarantees of coverage and calculate cost advances

What you bring for this position ##

• Commercial basic training or medical basic training with further training in the commercial field
• Sound and several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, preferably hospital or health insurance
