To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, committed, and uncomplicated personality for our property accounting.
With us, you are not simply "responsible for accounting." You take responsibility for a versatile real estate portfolio and are an important contact person for our customers as well as tenants.
What awaits you:
Independent accounts receivable and accounts payable management
Dunning and collection processes
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and support of audits
Preparation of heating and service charge statements
Payroll accounting including management of social security
Exchange with customers, tenants, and internal departments
Active participation in the further development of our digital processes
What you bring with you:
You don't have to tick every single box. It is important to us that you are professionally competent, enjoy taking responsibility, and fit in with us personally.
Experience in property/real estate accounting or fiduciary services
Enjoyment of numbers and digitalization
Structured, precise way of working with a sense of responsibility and initiative
Further training in finance and accounting or in real estate management is an advantage
Confident use of Office 365
Experience with Garaio REM is a plus, but not a must
