Device Assembler Pharma / Diagnostics

For the manufacturing of complex diagnostic systems at the Rotkreuz location, we are looking for several specialists for device assembly. In this role, you will support a team in the production and testing of analytical devices, which include mechanical, electrical, optical, and thermal components, thereby making an important contribution to global healthcare.

Production at this location includes approx. 140 employees working in smaller teams. For smooth operations, we are looking for team players who can successfully contribute in a diverse environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assembly of sub-assemblies and complete systems according to detailed manufacturing instructions
• Execution and paperless-electronic as well as paper-based documentation of all assembly and testing activities according to regulated standards (GxP/Compliance)
• Testing of the assembled systems and independent recording of deviations
• Rectification of deviations according to specifications or forwarding to the appropriate specialists
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP) to increase quality and efficiency
• Cooperation within the team to ensure timely fulfillment of the production plan

Requirements:

• Completed technical vocational or further education (Polymechaniker, Automatiker, Elektroniker, Elektroinstallateur or Mechatroniker, Fahrrad- und Motorradmechaniker, Feinmechaniker, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer)
• Basic IT knowledge
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Understanding of complex instruments
• High quality awareness
• Quick comprehension
• Able to work in a team, reliable and flexible
