Our client requests

• A completed basic education as Automatiker EFZ
• Several years of practical experience in switchgear or control construction
• Very good knowledge in the independent assembly and wiring of complex control cabinets according to electrical diagrams and technical documentation
• Sound experience in the electrical and functional testing of control cabinets
• Confident handling of measuring and testing devices, test protocols, checklists, and error analyses
• Leadership experience or the professional and personal suitability to lead production employees clearly, appreciatively, and reliably
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility for quality, safety, deadlines, and economic efficiency
• The ability to explain technical contexts understandably and make clear decisions
• Open, binding, and constructive communication
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident user knowledge of MS Office
• Further training as a Project and Workshop Manager in switchgear construction with eidg. Fachausweis or as a Meister Schaltanlagen und Automatik HFP is an advantage

• You work fully in production and independently assemble and wire complex and technically demanding control cabinets
• You lead the production employees technically and personally in everyday work
• You give your team clear orientation, convey expectations, and promote open and reliable cooperation
• You are the first contact person on site for technical questions, unclear documentation, or demanding work steps
• You support your employees in a practical manner, explain technical contexts, and make technical decisions within your area of responsibility
• You ensure that the defined quality requirements in manufacturing and testing are consistently met
• You support your team in recognizing errors early, understanding causes, and avoiding repetitions
• You evaluate quality and testing deviations, coordinate necessary rework, and ensure clean implementation
• You support the employees responsible for testing tasks with technical questions and deviations
• You ensure that switchgear are only released after successful and fully documented testing
• You reliably implement the handed-over manufacturing orders according to planning, priorities, quality requirements, as well as time and cost specifications
• You recognize risks and deviations early and coordinate necessary measures with the responsible departments
• You coordinate open technical points with production management, project management, and engineering
• You ensure clear feedback on technical topics, deviations, and the current implementation status
• You actively contribute your experience to the further development of manufacturing quality, efficiency, and work processes
• You ensure a safe and tidy workplace as well as the professional use of operating and testing equipment
• If required, you undertake demanding conversions and troubleshooting and find practical solutions even for complex technical tasks
