Project Manager Materials 100% Geneva (m/f/d)

Introduction ##

For our Research & Development division, in the Materials & Technologies department, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to develop innovative metallic materials.

Responsibilities ##

• Design innovative materials offering new functions or aesthetics for our watches
• Develop these materials with available internal means and/or in collaboration with academic or industrial partners; analyze and characterize them
• Develop watch demonstrators and prototypes to evaluate their performance
• Anticipate and support the industrialization of the developed solutions
• Identify innovation opportunities in emerging research topics
• Provide technical and scientific support for related projects
• Transmit and perpetuate knowledge, communicating it regularly through technical reports or presentations.

Profile ##

• Master EPF or equivalent in materials science
• Experience in developing new materials and solid basic knowledge of metallurgy
• Desire to undertake, innovate, achieve, implement and test ideas
• Autonomy in development activities, combined with scientific rigor, curiosity and team spirit
• Good communication and synthesis skills to capitalize on acquired knowledge.
