YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Personnel leadership, promotion, and development within the framework of company policy and annual goals
• Carrying out employee qualifications
• Planning and coordination of worldwide commissioning processes
• Technical support for international Stadler fleets
• Preparing offers and calculations for worldwide projects
• Independent troubleshooting and error correction as well as static and dynamic commissioning of rail vehicles
• Planning and execution of type tests and initial certification of vehicle systems
• Contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Functional or personnel leadership experience
• Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electronics technician, or electrical fitter, possibly with additional HF or FH training
• Experience in the commissioning of rail vehicles is an advantage
• High technical and analytical interest and understanding
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working
• Assertiveness to successfully represent concerns even in demanding situations
• Willingness to travel (20%) to support our national and international clientele
