Pedagogical promotion and accompaniment of the entrusted children Design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children Support with the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios Design of an educational partnership with the families Design of excursions and parent activities Active participation in team meetings Creating an appreciative, family-like working atmosphere What should you bring?
