Facilities Services Team Leader EMS 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of Hamilton AG's Shared Services (SHS) business unit, this sector assumes central tasks for Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, corporate communications, facilities, and finance ensure that processes run smoothly and that employees are optimally supported worldwide.

What you can accomplish:

Operation of the infrastructure and technical building facilities at the Ems site with a team of 8 employees

Ensuring maintenance through inspection, servicing, repair, and improvement using internal and external resources

Tendering, negotiation, award, support of external service providers, and acceptance of work

Ensuring adequate external cleaning (basic cleaning, maintenance, and specialized cleaning)

Support of internal and external audits in the field of facilities

Conducting training for members of the emergency organization

Ensuring an on-call organization and security rounds on weekends

Support during events

What you bring:

Basic vocational training

Preferably: CFC building maintenance specialist, concierge with federal certificate of capacity, or graduated concierge

Ideally complementary training as a maintenance specialist with federal certificate of capacity or graduated director in facility management and maintenance

Team management skills and experience

IPAF license for elevating platforms

Basic training in personal protective equipment against falls (PSAgA)

Basic training in fire protection SiBe Brandschutz

Ideally authorization according to art. 15 NIV

IVR level 2 or 3 sanitary training is an asset
