This is your area of responsibility

• Co-responsibility for the entire underwriting process
• Independent examination, assessment, and underwriting of risks in the field of occupational pensions
• Determination of risk contributions according to the tariff manual
• Monitoring and analysis of the profitability of the own portfolio
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Active further development and optimization of models, acceptance guidelines, and digitalization
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and special tasks

Your skills and talents

• Degree (Uni/FH) or further training in the insurance or pension sector
• Several years of professional experience in occupational pension underwriting and sound knowledge of the Swiss insurance and pension market
• Very good MS Office skills as well as confident handling of Excel
• Programming skills or experience with modern data and AI solutions are an advantage
• High level of initiative, decisiveness, and target-group-oriented assertiveness
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French or Italian skills are an advantage
