With a dedicated team and modern infrastructure, flexible services are ensured throughout Switzerland. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a strong leadership team lead, immediately or by arrangement.

The main tasks ####

• Leadership and development of the technical team
• Coordination of day-to-day business as well as support with technical challenges
• Ensuring of material, maintenance, repairs and billing
• Cooperation with internal departments, partners and suppliers
• Budget responsibility as well as customer care and sales

The requirements profile ####

• Training as a technician or planner in the field of sanitary, heating or ventilation as well as several years of professional and leadership experience
• Sound technical and commercial knowledge
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented, resilient personality with clear communication
• Good IT skills; liquefied gas knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills, French and English are an advantage
