Head of Execution Repair

You will assume overall responsibility for the execution of repair projects in construction and lead site managers as well as project teams in Central Switzerland.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the execution of repair projects
• Leadership and coaching of site managers, foremen and project teams
• Planning and controlling of resources, personnel and machines
• Ensuring compliance with quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety
• Responsibility for tenders, awards and supplementary management
• Support and advice for clients, planners and engineers
• Participation in the acquisition and calculation of new projects

Profile

• Completed training in construction (Civil Engineer FH/ETH, Construction Manager, Master Builder or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in repair, concrete repair, renovation or structural and civil engineering
• Experience in leading employees and project teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong organizational skills
• Negotiation skills and a confident appearance towards customers and authorities
• Sound knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations in Swiss construction
• Very good German skills, other language skills an advantage
