The labor integration business unit of the Social Institutions and Enterprises (SEB) service department includes a range of labor integration offers for adults and young people. The aim of the programs is the professional and social integration of the participants.

The JOB PLUS offer is aimed, on the one hand, at young people and young adults who have not found an apprenticeship after school or have dropped out of an apprenticeship. On the other hand, it is aimed at persons who are entitled to an integration measure funded by the IV. The offers aim to support and promote the participants in their (re-)integration into the first labor market.

For the JOB PLUS GP team, we are looking for a committed Coach as of 01. January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Case management in the various processes such as the motivation semester (RAV) and integration measures of the IV.
• Coaching of the participants at various locations within Zürich, promotion of their key qualifications and social competencies through resource-oriented coaching.
• Writing interim and final reports for the commissioning bodies.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal work educators* and vocational trainers, with RAV, IV offices, social services as well as medical, psychiatric and psychological specialist centers to promote sustainable professional (re-)integration.
• Support during the transition to the first labor market through the targeted placement of internships and apprenticeships as well as through the development of further suitable follow-up solutions.
• Participation in working groups/projects of the team, the department and the business unit.

Profile ##

• Education in Social Work, Psychology or related field, further training (CAS) in Coaching or comparable desirable
• Experience with professional measures of the IV as well as in the labor integration of young people and adults
• Confident, convincing appearance towards clients, employers and authorities as well as good written expression skills
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent and initiative as well as good user knowledge of MS-Office products
