A warm welcome to Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). On behalf of the RAV and social services, we provide services for youths and adults, including in the field of labor integration. We support youths and adults in vocational orientation and in (apprenticeship) job searching - with a lot of heart and experience.

Specialist in Labor Integration ##

You can expect from us ###

• Coaching and accompaniment of youths and adults during the (apprenticeship) job search
• Support in the application process within the framework of individual coaching and group coaching
• Cooperation with internal and external companies, RAV, social services, and other partners
• Promoting motivation, showing perspectives, celebrating small and large successes

You bring with you ###

• Completed training in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Psychology (or comparable)
• Proven experience in coaching or in labor integration is an advantage
• Joy in working with youths and adults in transition situations
• High social competence, a pinch of patience, an appreciative, motivating attitude, and humor
• Ability for self-organization, flexibility, and team spirit
• Good IT skills and pronounced administrative skills
