Lead System Elektro-Engineer Bahntechnik

Technical leadership of systems and electrical engineering in modernization projects of rail vehicles, with responsibility for electrical vehicle components and systems.

Tasks

• Technical leadership of systems, electrical engineering and electrical installation planning in modernization projects
• Responsibility for low-voltage on-board networks, drive and traction systems
• Definition of system requirements, interfaces and integration concepts
• Technical cooperation with suppliers and external service providers
• Creation, checking and approval of circuit diagrams, cable lists and technical specifications
• Technical support of assembly, production, commissioning and tests
• Analysis of existing systems and derivation of modernization solutions

Profile

• Completed studies FH/University in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation or comparable
• Several years of experience in the railway environment, ideally vehicle or system technology
• Experience in technical leadership or lead functions an advantage
• Ability to interpret standards such as EN, TSI at the system level
• Experience in technical leadership of engineering teams
• Very good German skills, good English skills
