Polymechanic for laser processing and 3D programming

Activity

• Independently set up and operate 2D and 3D laser systems
• Create programs in FASTSUITE, TruTops and on the marking laser
• Manufacture workpieces from nickel- and cobalt-based alloys
• Carefully inspect components and ensure quality
• Perform standard maintenance on laser systems and NADCAP-certified machines

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic with experience in 3D programming
• Practical experience in laser processing would be desirable
• Knowledge of Siemens, ABB, PowerMark and S94P
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Readiness for work in 2-shift operation
