September 2026 or by arrangement a Team Leader Housekeeping 80-100% Your tasks • Planning and coordination of housekeeping with the cleaning and textile supply areas • Responsibility for the personnel and organizational leadership within housekeeping (team of 5 employees) • Co-responsibility for the department-specific purchasing of goods, inventory management and the housekeeping budget • Monthly performance billing for additional services as well as carrying out statistics. Implementation of group-wide concepts and guidelines as well as standards and process specifications • Planning, implementation and documentation of the quality management system • Ensuring smooth cooperation with internal and external partners • Employee recruitment, employee planning as well as conducting employee training • Responsible for the professional cleaning of all assigned rooms and facilities • Responsible for the textile supply including the areas of operational and professional clothing as well as guest laundry • Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as personal hygiene standards according to the instructions of the company • Active participation in housekeeping Your profile • Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ • Professional and leadership experience in a comparable function • Value-oriented leadership style, resilience and independent way of working • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Readiness for weekend shifts Why Tertianum?
