• Customer reception & checkout
• Customer services (Lottery, PMU, Tea-Room etc)
• Merchandising, according to FIFO standards
• Control and monitoring of the cash register, lottery, gift vouchers and the bar till
• Ensure cleaning of the pumps, the exteriors and the refilling of storerooms
• Ensure cleaning of the shop and bar according to HACCP standards
• Perform temperature readings
• Ensure order monitoring and stock organization
• Control of arrivals in correlation with delivery notes
• Control of dates and waste tipping
• Mastery of different cookings of bread and pastries
• Respect for internal directives and work safety rules
• Experience in retail
• Have a vehicle
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Flexibility in schedules (morning/evening schedules)
• Work on Sundays and public holidays
