As one of the largest umbrella organizations for women in Switzerland, the SBLV, with its 28 member organizations in all cantons and language regions, has been advocating for the interests and rights of women and families in rural areas since 1932.

Together, we are the network of women from the countryside and give a voice to around 50'000 female farmers and rural women from all cantons and language regions.

Competently, we advocate for the attractive education of farmer / rural household manager, strengthen women from the countryside, and promote competencies regarding nutrition, domestic economy, and everyday management.

Your diverse tasks

• You prepare the committee meetings, take minutes, and work closely with the Managing Director and the Presidency.
• You maintain the website as well as the social media channels.
• You support the President of the Agrarpolitik specialist department with administrative and organizational work.
• You look after and support projects as required.

What you bring with you

• Commercial training with professional experience.
• Affinity and experience in the maintenance of websites and social media channels as well as in the creation of content.
• Joy in writing and a sense for effective communication.
• Independent, structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working.
• Interest in the concerns and topics of women from the countryside as well as in agriculture.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office.
• Stylish German and good French skills.
