Land Manager or Land Manager (60-100%) In this function, you will be responsible for the land domain within the framework of our infrastructure projects, you will negotiate with opponents and report to the project management. You will also be required to carry out the monitoring of our asset management. This permanent position can also be considered as a fixed-term contract for a minimum of one year for a person currently studying. Do you recognize yourself in the following? You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics or a title deemed equivalent (brevet) You have ideally completed continuing education in the field of land and real estate law or have significant professional experience in the field You possess experience in a similar position or are ready to acquire it (initial experience in the railway field would be an asset) Endowed with real organizational and planning qualities, you demonstrate rigor, method and versatility At ease in contacts, your sense of communication, negotiation and diplomacy is well-proven Your sense of customer service, your reactivity as well as your ability to adapt are also essential assets You have an excellent level of French (C1) as well as good knowledge of German (B1) Do these missions inspire you?
