Delivery Logistics Planner (m/f/d)

Your tasks - you roll up your sleeves! ###

• You coordinate delivery dates with our customers and ensure seamless planning.
• You create and optimize delivery tours using our goods management system.
• You are an important interlocutor for customers, colleagues, and internal departments.
• You maintain an overview even in the event of last-minute changes and find suitable solutions.
• You perform general administrative tasks and support an efficient daily workflow.

What you bring - your profile ###

• You have experience in shipment management or a comparable field.
• You are service-oriented, think in terms of solutions, and enjoy contact with customers.
• You communicate confidently, friendly, and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• You work autonomously, structurally, and reliably.
• You possess good knowledge of French, both spoken and written. This is indispensable for this position.
• You convince with your positive attitude, friendly presentation, and team spirit.
