Your responsibilities

• Participate in kitchen preparation (help with hot/cold production, mise en place)
• Ensure lunchtime service for guests, notably in live cooking
• Manage the cash desk and guarantee a warm and professional customer welcome
• Participate in restocking, service preparation and the smooth running of services
• Dishwashing
• Perform cleaning and tidying tasks and respect HACCP hygiene standards

Your profile

• Proven experience in a position as a kitchen assistant or similar cook in collective catering, catering or service
• Excellent sense of customer service with a neat and professional presentation
• Versatile, autonomous, dynamic and organized person
• Good team spirit, flexibility and ability to work during peak periods
• Good command of French and ease with cash register tools
