Architectural Drafter or Technician 80-100%
with a focus on execution and detail planning

As a team-oriented, committed and resilient person, you will manage demanding, individual and exciting projects with a focus on residential construction. Your strengths lie in execution planning and the implementation of demanding technical detail solutions combined with a high standard of aesthetics.

Our requirements:

• You demonstrate training as a dipl. eidg. Hochbauzeichner/In or Techniker/In, already possess several years of experience in execution and detail plans and have a pronounced architectural and constructive understanding.
• Independent management of the assigned planning tasks while complying with the valid norms and guidelines (SIA/EN/VSS/SUVA etc.)
• Clarifications, meetings at offices, authorities and discussions with specialist planners / specialists
• You bring very good knowledge in CAD (ArchiCAD incl. 3D).
• A motivated appearance as well as independent working are also among your strengths
