Your mission ------------- Your mission is to ensure the smooth operational functioning of the company, to optimize its processes, and to guarantee the quality, regulatory compliance, traceability, and performance of all activities. As a member of the Executive Committee, you play a key role in the structuring and management of the organization, ensuring coherence between operational requirements, logistical imperatives, and the company's quality standards. Your responsibilities -------------------- In this context, you will notably be required to: ### Organization and structuring * Design, structure, and optimize the internal organization and operational processes * Define and implement procedures and frameworks guaranteeing the efficiency and coherence of operations * Drive transformation and continuous improvement projects * Drive the evolution of the ERP and business tools in collaboration with users ### Logistics * Supervise and optimize logistical flows, stocks, and storage activities ### Document management and compliance * Guarantee the documentary compliance of products * Supervise the management of item data sheets * Supervise regulatory certificates (EURD, PFAS, etc.) * Guarantee compliance with documentary requirements ### Quality, standards, and certifications * Drive current and future ISO certifications * Guarantee compliance with applicable frameworks * Organize internal and external audits * Contribute to the deployment of the company's CSR commitments ### Financial and analytical management * Supervise cost accounting and guarantee the reliability of cost data * Design and manage operational and financial dashboards * Perform performance analyses and formulate optimization recommendations * Contribute to budget preparation and the monitoring of financial indicators ### Management and direction * Supervise and lead the administrative team * Actively participate in strategic decisions as a member of the Executive Committee * Ensure the transversality and coordination of cross-functional projects involving several departments of the company Your profile ------------ * Higher education in management, operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent * Proven experience in a management or operational responsibility role * Solid expertise in logistics and supply chain management * Mastery of material data sheets, bills of materials, and production management tools (ERP, etc.) * Good understanding of financial issues: cost accounting, management control, reporting * Knowledge of quality standards and experience in certification management * Assertive leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams * Rigor, sense of organization, and ability to structure complex processes * Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional mode * Experience in the implementation or management of an ERP * Experience in document or regulatory management * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (14001 is an asset) * Sensitivity to CSR issues * Excellent oral and written mastery of French * Good oral and written mastery of English M&BD Consulting SA * M&BD Consulting SA 1211 Genève * [ ](< >) jpid14ed9d5jm jpit1043jm jpiy26jm
