It is administratively attached to the Direction de la sécurité, de la justice et du sport (DSJS), under the high supervision of the Conseil d'Etat. The establishment ensures the custody, accommodation, care, and treatment of the detained persons entrusted to it and participates in the achievement of the objectives assigned to the execution of sentences depriving liberty and measures. Your missions Fixed-term contract 3 months Ensure a guarding service and exercise constant surveillance of detainees taking into account the various detention regimes Ensure the reception of the detention center (entries/exits, camera) Lead detained persons in maintenance or renovation work Collaborate in the resocialization of detainees by having a positive action on them Enforce discipline, order and security among the detained persons Desired profile CFC or training deemed equivalent, with several years of professional experience Possession of the federal certificate for detention officers, an asset Good physical and mental condition, as well as flexibility and resistance to stress Sense of human relations, communication and conflict management Be willing to work in shifts (irregular working hours, including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) Be willing to intervene outside of working hours for cases of force majeure Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office) Clean debt enforcement and criminal record extracts Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language Contact person details Berset Claude - Chef de section Cellulaire/Encadrement, Division Prison centrale, T jpid7e20552jm jpit0835jm jpiy26jm
