What you move * You work operationally in Occupational Case Management and manage your case portfolio in an impact-oriented and proactive manner. You coordinate all parties involved in the process, taking into account social and economic aspects * You advise and support employees in complex health-related, psychosocial, and workplace-related stress situations * You advise our managers on absence monitoring as well as on social insurance and support benefits * You work actively and solution-oriented with all social insurance partners, network internally, and ensure a coordinated approach * You document case management in compliance with data protection and professional secrecy * You actively contribute to the further development of absence management processes and contribute your experience in a targeted manner What you bring * You have a tertiary educational degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Business Administration; alternatively, a commercial or social basic training with comparable further training (mandatory federal diploma in social insurance and/or CAS Case Management) * You have already worked actively for several years in the function of Case Manager; ideally in a social environment * You conduct conversations clearly, calmly, and at eye level and remain capable of acting even in challenging situations. You also succeed in constructive interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders * You are a trustworthy and open-minded personality. You combine empathy with clarity and the necessary professional distance. You make decisions that are sustainable for all parties involved * You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview, and approach complex situations in a solution-oriented way.
