Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41323 Published on 10/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job Description ### Attached to the manufacturing department, you take operational and human responsibility for a team of around 10 Polymechanics. A true relay on the ground, you organize daily activities, supervise collaborators, and actively participate in production, programming, and technical support to ensure quality, deadlines, productivity, and safety. Schedules 2x8 from Monday to Friday (5H-13H / 13H-21H) Main Responsibilities : • Supervise, support, and develop the skills of collaborators: coaching, versatility, evaluations, and training • Organize the daily activity of the team according to planning priorities and production objectives • Monitor individual and collective performance in terms of quality, deadlines, and productivity • Foster a positive team climate, collaborative and solution-oriented • Enforce internal rules, safety standards, and the 5S charter • Produce mechanical parts on CNC machines in milling and turning • Program parts on FAO software (ideally Mastercam) • Ensure respect for deadlines, quality requirements, and production standards • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes Profile ### • CFC in Polymechanics, machining option, or equivalent title = essential • Confirmed experience in CNC machining = essential • Good skills in FAO programming; knowledge of Mastercam = an advantage • Natural leadership, sense of organization, and strong results orientation • Ability to motivate, structure, and develop a team • Experience in team management = an asset • Ease with usual computer tools, including Windows • Committed, reliable, communicative person at ease in a role that is both technical and managerial The benefits : • A versatile position combining production, programming, technical support, and proximity management • Responsibility for a team of around 10 collaborators within a structured manufacturing environment • A field function with a key role in quality, deadlines, safety, and continuous improvement Team Leader - Mechanical Workshop (H/F) / Fixed
