About the role ##

A central and varied position, you ensure the smooth running of the reception. Your role is essential for coordinating the reception as well as the site logistics.

Tasks ##

The mission combines physical reception, management of the telephone switchboard and administrative support.

• Welcome and direct visitors within the building
• Manage the telephone switchboard and the generic reception e-mail inbox.
• Take charge of processing mail and parcels
• Manage equipment and supplies

We are looking for ##

• Advanced mastery of French orally and in writing
• Good mastery of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools
• Excellent communication and reception skills
• Rigor, punctuality and a taste for human contact.

An asset if you possess

• First experience or internship in the administrative field

To succeed in this function, your personal skills are the following:
