Introduction

For a client from the technical service sector, a reliable person is being sought as a Service Technician (m/f/d) full-time with an employment level of 100 %. In this function, the focus is on on-site deployment at the customer's location as well as service-oriented activities. You will work in an environment where technical services are provided in a structured manner and where cooperation with various customer types plays a central role. The assignment takes place within the framework of professional personnel services by an experienced HR services partner with a broad network of clients. This position is aimed at individuals who enjoy working in service and appreciate a long-term assignment opportunity with changing customers.

Tasks

• Execution of technical service assignments at the customer's location on-site, with an emphasis on a reliable and structured way of working in daily operations.
• Support in maintenance and repair activities on technical systems, according to the respective customer requirements and specifications.
• Documentation of the performed service work in the specified systems to ensure transparency and traceability for customers and clients.
• Coordination of assignments with the responsible HR or deployment coordination to ensure a smooth process at the respective customer.
• Compliance with all specified safety guidelines and work instructions during service assignments, especially when performing activities in changing customer environments.

Profile

• Readiness to work as a Service Technician full-time with an employment level of 100 percent with changing customers.
• Strong service orientation and careful way of working to reliably fulfill the requirements of a professional technical service environment.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different customer structures and working environments, including small, medium-sized, and large companies.
• Structured communication skills when dealing with internal HR contact persons as well as external customers during service assignments.
• Readiness to cooperate with an experienced HR services expert who coordinates assignments and acts as an interface between you and the clients.
